Arthur Decker was trained by beadmaker Jean Christen. Arthur is now a fine artist, doing oil and acrylic paintings of California and Southwestern landscapes. He made beads at that time to support himself so that most of his time was free to paint. Beads were acquired 1977 in Carmel CA
